Refund of Policy

Overview

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the original transaction. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the refund process.

All payments are non-refundable except in specific cases outlined below. Our services are digital and permanent, so refunds are generally not available once a service is delivered.

You may be eligible for a refund if we cannot publish your article/guest post on the requested publisher sites.

  • Receive a full refund (minus processing fees)
  • Retry on other similar publisher sites
  • Credit the amount to your POSTING Wallet for future use

During the writing process, a 50% refund may be offered if you change your mind. You will still receive the completed article and can request revisions.

Refunds cannot be issued once an article is in the publishing process. Please review your article carefully before approval to ensure:

  • It meets your requirements
  • Keywords and links are correct
  • Spelling, grammar, and formatting are accurate
  • Requests reviewed within 24 hours
  • Credit/Debit Card: 5โ€“10 business days
  • PayPal: Immediate if paid via balance; 5 business days if via card/bank

Refunds are returned to the original payment method only.

Include your order number and the email used to place the order. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

If a service does not meet its description, provide clear evidence showing it fails to meet advertised features. Complaints based on expectations or misunderstandings will not be honored.

All complaints are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. DigitalGuestPosting reserves the right to approve or deny any complaint.
